I played roughly 10 chapters before I wrote this review. Depending on how the game turns out, I might write a update after finishing current version…or not. (v0.6.4)
The game heavily tries to meme everything to make things “funny” and “hip with the kids”, although it does have moments where it is more serious and tells a actual story. In my opinion, the memes might be funny at times but since a lot of it is forced upon the players it can be unpleasant, and if you do not get the reference it could just be cringe that gets unbearable overtime. Either way, this would not age very well if the game takes too long to develop.
The models were dated, which is understandable since this is a indie game. The models in game so far are mostly presentable, even the fat ex wife seems normal enough, but why is the niece made weird and ugly? The eyes and mouth combined made her look alien.
I do like how the game let the players decide whether or not you would like to cum inside, even if there is no impregnation in game planned (I don’t know and haven’t looked into it, but most dev seems to shy away from impregnation for some weird reason), it is always good to add more “control” of MC’s actions. What I don’t understand is why the niece and your daughter aren’t virgins. I’m not saying girls in game have to be virgins, but in this scenario, it seems more likely they would be and should be. Both of the girls have strong attraction towards MC at a young age, why would they fuck around? Even if the niece isn’t completely attracted to MC until after she had the accident and social life destroyed, the daughter was stated she was obsessed with daddy at a very young age via in game story and throughout her adulthood she loved MC. Why would someone like the daughter fuck around like that and say she wanted to stab mom with a knife when she cheated? All the while mom told MC the daughter fucked around with lowlifes? It doesn’t make any logical sense.
Overall this game has potential, but off putting in many ways.
Well, I finished all the content with the current version I have (v0.6.4).
First things first, your niece’s model does get improved overtime, although I still don’t like it, but at least it looks normal now. Your daughter also had a update which made her also looked better. The devs should really consider updating those model and implementing them as well at the start of the game; the niece looks like a alien and the MC is describing her like a goddess is weird AF.
I did not really like the memes during serious plot points. I did not like the author using the character suddenly spewing his viewpoints, even if I agree with some of them. There are many aspects of the game that broke my immersion in the game, I did not like that.
The game stopped giving you choices on whether you would like to cum inside or not, it is constant creampies. Although I do like them, I am sure just as enthusiastic as I am about impregnation in my game, there would be people enthusiastic about cumming all over the girls.
This game foces you to cum inside for a heavily hinted future plot point, probably some form of “Jesus” need to be born from your niece or daughter. The others though on the other hand didn’t really matter, for example the last girl you fucked blatantly said she can’t get pregnant with no reason.
I also didn’t like the fact none of the girls you encountered were “pure”, like I said before your neice and daughter didn’t made logical sense plotwise, especially the daughter. The Russia girl made some sense due to her work, but why would you need add a random plot point for the Swedish girl, that she had to use her “body” to survive. This was a purposely made choice by the dev, and I think it sucks.
Although I do enjoy games that cuck others, but usually the so called “protagonist” you cuck are pityful one dimensional loser that you wouldn’t really care. Why is your niece’s ex boyfriend this heavily introduced? He was practically groomed to comply to his boss so the grand scheme of things or “future” could be achieved. You cucked him because he was groomed to give up on your niece. The devs made him reasonable, self-reflect to his own mistake and trying to better himself, but then tried to weirdly flex by using him is just maddening. It is especially infuriating when the devs made the girls go wild with MC’s lame jokes while the niece’s ex tried to be more confident and make some jokes as well, he is met with strong criticism.
Lastly, the jokes, memes and so called “knowledge” of MC, at first it seemed like a interesting segment in between plot point to make it overall more light hearted, but as the story progresses it is more and more unbearable. The jokes weren’t funny, the “knowledge” was more like a Google copy & paste, and the memes made the serious plot points stupid.
In conclusion, this game gets more infuriating the more you play, the jokes, the memes get less funny and more unbearable.
The developer makes a project out of shit because the drawing of the surrounding world is terrible. The only good thing here is that the sex scenes seem to be well drawn.
The screenshot in the water is a parody of Nirvana’s Nevermind album cover. For those of you who are unaware. It was controversial at the time.
Only the chap 20 and 21 have some kind of decent size. All the other feel more like mini events in a sandbox type of game and so are the transition between those scenes.
The author is clearly attempting to make a show off of his supposed general knowledge. As much as it’s fun for a while (with citations, references etc…), with progress it really gets annoying and almost everything only feels presumptuous. Some stuff might even be knowledge he has but other are simple copy/past of google search.
Worst part are the jokes….dad jukes are generally not very good but the author managed to find the worst of them. Fortunately the author managed to get a few right and you might even get a smile out of time a few times.
Animations are bad (only last chapter have some decent animations they are poorly synched with environment, like girls are dancing without touching the floor).
A lot of conspiracy theories with no really clue for player to find the right path.
Author should focus more in making sense in the story than trying to show of his knowledge. Stuff like starting a chapter with MC receiving a message on the phone and a few dialogues later stating that they have no signal (the camp scene). The transition from one scene to the other is really weird (incident in the bar…suddenly they are in a camp), first kiss and suddenly a whole week passes without any explanation…
Not looking forward for any update here. It’s just a rushed game.
