The grammar needs some serious work, four lines in and we already have such gems as “I belive in you”
This certainly gets points for having Naoto from P4 in it though, it does however read a bit like a bad Japanese harem manga, mc wakes up declaring “Time to build my harem” randomly.
I’m curious as I noticed this game lists the pregnancy tag. Is that a feature planned for the future or currently implemented in the game?

Is this game any good? Or does it require tons of work to obtain tiny amounts of money and many, many days that go by where you do nothing but work and sleep? If so, I’m outta here! Those games suck balls!

Yes, it does require everything you described. It’s about as fun as having three teen pulled at once!
