I played a bit into the game and yes it is true it is a linear style VN in the current version (0.04), I too hope there can be some options to choose in the future, but I don’t think it is bad just because of it. People hating while not realising a lot of games with “options” are still linear, IMO if the story is good enough I don’t really care if it is linear or not. Renpy games ARE VNs with “game” mechanics in it, not the other way around.
That being said the contents in current version are not really much, the youngest twins doesn’t enough have ANY content, but so far it hit most of my criteria of something promising and IT GIVES YOU THE CHOICE TO AGE THE CHARACTERS.

Not quite a game, but more of a visual novel. There are some very limited decisions, but it is mostly just endless dialogues and scenes. Also sexwise not much going on and when there finally is: not that thrilling to be honest. Visuals ain’t all that either. I skipped through dialogue at one point and it still took ages and I’m bored. Quit this one. Can’t recommend.
