Editor's Rating
Story - Story presents itself as a light visual novel that whisks you off to a party filled with potentially intriguing characters. However, the narrative is disappointingly linear and lacks the twists and turns that could elevate it from forgettable to engaging. Most dialogue choices feel as flat as a deflated balloon. There's no real substance, Romance gets overshadowed by its linear execution. - 46%
Visual - On the eye candy front, it doesn’t disappoint. The visuals are polished, and the character renders are striking enough to catch your gaze. Animations are decent but lean towards the simplistic side—think of them as the appetizers at a fancy diner that look great but don’t quite satiate your hunger. While the visuals hold a decent quality, the overall aesthetic does not deliver. - 72%
Engagement - Engagement is where the game stumbles. The gameplay is so linear that it feels more like watching a movie than actively participating in a story. Many of the choices you make seem inconsequential, leading to a disconnection from any significant character development or plot progression. Players may find themselves drifting off instead of being immersed in the party buzz. The interactions are limited. - 40%
Core Loop - The core loop—approach, chat, choose—lacks the robust cycles that keep players coming back for more. While the premise of spending an evening at a party sounds enticing, the execution falls flat. With only one major outcome and the thrill of choice stripped away, you might complete the whole experience in about an hour. Once you reach the end, there’s little incentive to replay. - 45%
