Lecuyer Cult is finished with the story concluded. This guy has other games too (Family at Home, Family at Home 2) which are sequels to Lecuyer Cult or in same universe with overlapping characters… He is also planning a direct sequel to Lecuyer Cult…

It states in the overview that it’s a prequel to another game. It’s story is likely continued there. To a fine point. I admit I think I only tried the mentioned game once, and it wasn’t finished by a long shot. I’d actually thought it was abandoned… so whether the story is actually continued may be up for debate. But that’s the problem with making prequels and sequels to these sorts of games.
