The story is somewhat interesting: investigative journalism in a corrupt city, though perhaps at times too slow building.
It takes meticulous and careful planning to obtain or avoid certain erotic relationships, though some causes are hard to fathom. Often future events are caused by a single variable, i.e. as innocent as helping an elderly gentleman moving boxes, or going to a bar to meet somebody who might help an investigation; unavoidably leads an erotic relationship with an elderly man, or at least to a fascination with that same man’s penis, albeit a very massive one… cuck you. That single event variable can have long lasting irreversible effects.
Where it probably fails to maintain my interest is in the fact that character relationship points are given, but don’t have any effect on the story (at least in v 0.65). Thus there is no romance building: so it is just “sex? yes / no”.
The same is true of “mc” characteristics, with only lust and lesbian points causing anything, though often it’s only in a very minor way: lust >= n ‘mc’ says *this* else says *that*.
