Cybernetic Seduction [Ep.5 Part 2] [1Thousand]

It’s been a while, so I might be rusty, give or take a letter… but I’ve got a few points to consider after having played a decent chunk of this current update. No, I’m still not done. Which says something.

The plot is still focused too much on fucking the player over. They’re already signed up to be trapped in a virtual simulation (and technically there are a few things about the girls’ behavior during lewd scenes that don’t make sense BECAUSE they’re in a simulation) Your Nemesis CAN be Agent Smith: But there’s ONLY SO FAR you can actually take that. First, it’s a HAREM game. It’s in the tags and we’ll get to that. Second, Smith LOST. He’s supposed to lose. That’s what made Neo The Chosen One. Which is another point I’m going to get to. Soon. You actually have in your tiny doled out family background, set up the framework for The MC as Captain Should’ve Been America and will be someday; but right now I’m stuck playing Starfox. Points if you get the reference.

One of the major problems of the plot is that thus far: The mechanics don’t actually DO ANYTHING but screw you over. What the fuck is affection even for – because it still suggests to use Morph every fucking scene. Here’s a tip – because it’s a simulation and some girls MIGHT be computer programs rather than real people (BUT the list of actual Hearts should mean something in that case and be SMALLER. With the differentiation being if you’re not a heart you are most definitely a side character that won’t have impact in general) so to an EXTENT there’s grounds to say some MIGHT be harder to get off. That should NEVER have required the use of an actual drug to do. Period. If you were going to include sexual experience as a STAT and Affection as a bar (to progress – again we’ll get there) then BOTH of those attributes once gained SHOULD make reliance on Morph redundant at a set point. Unncessary. Why?

Progress. Character progression and general growth in skill set. You assigned the asshole as a Cock. You gave him a freaking HORSE cock according to all the women [Which theoretically means the second he knew how to use it – he wouldn’t need Morph at all anyway; Women are NOT that hard to get off. Especially if they feel INVESTED] Point being, affection should drastically as time goes on, improve dialogues with all female characters. Nina is the Optimus Prime example. If there was going to be a choice in paths with her (rival lover or true love – there should be NO option not to win what is arguably your center stage character aside from Lilith – who again; 3 FUCKING DOSES?!? Why? She’s not Wonder Woman. No ONE is that sexually unreactive and if they are – that’s a HER problem. Which means she doesn’t belong in the game, but I’m jumping the gun a bit. We’ll get to that problem] you should be aware of the fact you can only cock tease so long) Nina needs to stop threatening violence (and especially BEING VIOLENT towards MC) I get her role is the “Muscles” (she’s smaller than both Liam and MC – so fuck you very much) but if her affection is like the second highest in the game and we have actually despite [WAY, WAY too much resistence to the idea when you later state that MC is EXACTLY her fucking type…] decide to bone each other, she does not get to keep hitting a guy she actually is coming to LOVE. If it was the other way around you know some other white knight asshole would come along to try and help her get away from him. The scales are not even in real life as far as that score; so stop fucking exemplifying it. It’s NOT attractive.

Point being, with the stats you did give us to be invested in the game – there’s NEVER any actual progress made. Sexperience has increased many times over (after I’ll agree way, way too much talk with each damned girl, and many ways if you’re not using a walkthrough mod to get fucked over there) You have means to actually make the character relationships deepen and reflect growth. That’s the point of affection as a bar. The limit in supply of Morph is too heavy if it’s going to be that necessary to get the fucking job done. Which brings me to my next point.

What the fuck is the point of this actual program? Governments do NOT do black ops like this in real life for no reason. If it was a simulation meant to help them gain intel to take down actual real life criminals at high levels of political power or who have actual countries’ armies behind them; fair enough. But you’ve trapped the player in the Sim so long I bet most of us have forgotten if you EVER told us what the goal was. You have a group of people signed on to be VEGETABLES for fuck sakes (because as much control as you’ve given a randomly malfunctioning AI their real bodies are all in DANGER = Electricity is BAD for a brain genius. That thing spikes at the wrong time in the wrong way, or by a greater amount than expected and it won’t matter what any of them were fucking doing with the program!) You want this guy to be the next Jason Bourne, fine. You want him to be Neo, also fine. Pick one. Pick both – but have a clear set path back to the real world if you intend to actually involve it. There is again the point that it’s a Harem Tagged Game. So there is also a question of why I’m being forced to choose between Gabby & Cleo, and then Mia & Lilith when the only actual answer should be for most players = I want them all.

On that note; affection could play in to the forming of the genuine Harem Ending – IF/When you break through the Matrix bullshit to unlock the MC’s “ACTUAL” Superpowers as “Captain America” (which would pay off the bullshit extreme survivalist training memory montage) * Wherein captain psycho analyist; it was his lack of self worth (not confidence) that was constantly holding him back and KEEPING him as “just the cock.” Bring it to real life; have MC save all the girls that it turns out were playing the Heart NPC’s from being vegetables and get into a rebellious take down the shadow organization [Even to the point of Bring Delaney into it or not…] since they obviously don’t give a toss about their employees at all. Then you’d have a parallel to the game world that all that work in the Sim was actually preparing you as the player for. Level up, as it were. Half way through the full story line.

OR have it be said that the program “fucks up” as an AI because the random spike bullshit is PART of the program. To “cut the agents off” and test their genuine adaptability as the elite of the elite government soldiers. (IE super soldiers applied as best it can in soft science, to real life – which also pays off the montages; and gives you actual justification for being so dickish = while also asserting that the MC and crew are NEVER in any ACTUAL danger of death) The program is designed to fuck with them and put them entirely off balance to see what they do and HOW they adapt. If they do. Not to kill them. Passing the sim equates ending the evaluation = you are a true agent Mr X. With everyone having gone out of their way to rib him as harshly to again test him (ties back to psychology as well – since that seems to be a thing) Wherein in the real life bit, all of the girls he’s bonded with now have a much more personal investment to MC and want to see him succeed. They’re either going to be working with him to do whatever the company was originally designed to do, or in general want real relationships with him. With an example being Lilith isn’t THAT “well endowed” in real life; but is just as gorgeous facially. Is actually a sweet heart, who PROJECTS what she wants to be into the sim – as a fuel for that NPC and her import to the framework. SGT Cox isn’t that much of a bitch; but she does have a control/humiliation kink that isn’t anywhere near so extreme. She actually loves to submit to her partner. These are just ideas.

In general, the game has a good amount of potential, but in a story this focused on goals – you can’t yourselves be directionless. It’s not just about the lewd scenes and you designed it that way. The game is decent story wise; a bit troupe-y and a bit too obfuscated. Too many attempts to make things Dark Souls in a harem genre game. There could be more stats included, to bolster sex experience and make reliance on Morph at least go away. That way you CAN actually be tactical about when you choose to use it, and eventually even if you don’t the girls still get satisfied. They’d just get MORE of it out of being taken with Morph. Obviously. It would also make the character seem capable in ways that don’t involve a genetics situation that none of us have control over. A big dick, or big tits = same thing. He could learn in time to be a better shot. A more skilled driver. A demolitions expert or a hacker himself. Something that genuinely gives the player more options to proceed in storyline for as many ways as you’re trying to fuck them over.

The graphics are very good; the girls are all mostly attractive but there are a few issues. At least for me. One of them being, is the game going to include pregnancy? Because it’s a simulation for fuck sakes and the girls that are REAL should at least know that. Which means they can’t get pregnant inside the sim anyway. (Or if they can great, but is it just a dream or is it putting the idea in their heads that since MC consciously CHOSE to cum inside – by player input – and they ALLOWED him to; would that by logic open the path if you do take it to real life in the actual game? It could, and that might be something to think about) Nina is the sort of character I hate; because you as devs have just unilaterally decided the player ONLY gets to cum inside of her by her desire BECAUSE she “Can’t get pregnant.” Again: Real life statistics – that’s 11% of the female gender (who BOTHERED AND WERE HONEST) to answer a very specific survey. Which means the actual MAJORITY of the female population in general CAN GET PREGNANT! Tell or show me that she’s like 50 years old, or even 45 years old and is using an avatar that is much younger and you would solve SO many problems with this bullshit character. Then I could excuse the can’t get pregnant flag as True. It doesn’t matter how pretty the graphics are or how hot you render someone that’s going to be that much of a femcel. If the MC WASN’T a cock, and inexplicably obssessed with chasing her = she would be as alone as her behavior marks that she legitimately wants to be. Even against the (again) underwhelmingly used affection stat. Her personality is bad enough that taking that point away too is unnecessarily damaging to my desire to keep pursuing her.

There are also characters like Emily (who’s a non-entity atm) who is so resistent to help and at the same time such a trouble magnet there’s no way she’s NOT going to need it [Too much of a contradiction – it’s aggrevating, and despite what she says to MC more than once, does in fact make her seem incredibly ungrateful] Blaze (Who I’m pretty sure is just a re-rendering if the same named character from College Bound, and there more for party girl shennanigans. There’s the girl in black who DOES NOT GET TO BE A FEMDOM! {I REALLY wish you devs would all STOP THAT. Again, if that’s YOUR thing; fine. Fair enough. If it’s some of the paetrons’ thing, fine. I get it… but PLAYER CHOICE! Find a way to turn the tables so that the MC can actually at least FUCKING TALK!!!} Which brings me to another point that the game is centric too much on female power WHILE also trying to make them be damsels in distress. Lilith is such a conflicting character in that regard (who again you are cock teasing WAY too much with… and special point: When we finally do find the answer that gets her to meet us for the “illicit” affair = A BLOW JOB is FOREPLAY. You labeled it Lilith SEX later. Jesus. How old are you devs that I need to explain that point to you?] *** For the bright bulbs in the room I am aware that “sex” is defined as any penetration into an orifice. However by and large my point stands. Society tends to see sex in general as Tab A goes into Slot B, where there is only ONE actual Slot B. A mouth is NOT a pussy. A Blowjob is NOT sex. And if you’re going to tease this long just to get a foreplay scene what the fuck are you actually doing with this character?!? Who very soon after should be at her most desperate in being effectively cut off; so MUCH more willing to pursue genuine SEX with the MC. Five episodes plus now and the majority of what she’s done is TEASE. Shit, or get off the damned pot.

There’s also with her the same problem coming as Nina shared; that shouldn’t be. Both Kendra and Freya are not her biological daughters. You may as well straight up say “I can’t get pregnant.” [I’d actually prefer that since it was a “business arrangement” from start to finish – it was more that Zhaine, who is a cold enough bastard to break off with the side piece the moment he knows someone found out, never tried to get her pregnant. Or had sex with her to start with] For a game with as much potential to genuinely be a competent RPG as you have here = you’re not actually doing anything with it. The girls are generally assholish to ice cold; unless you’re specifically going out of your way for them (when MC has his own stated mission… which is even more dangerous) and the reward is SEX. Do you see a problem with that mindset? No, brilliant. It would be a different story if the affection bar was properly implemented to show relationship growth; but then… it would be different story. In general, if that were so. Because you could work to bridge gaps much more effectively and have the girls actually start working WITH MC as a “proven” leader/face character. To alleviate some of the problems in Sim City.

Slow burn, does not mean directly freeze my nuts right off. There has to be a point where you ramp the sex scenes, or most of the girls’ issues are solved, so sex becomes easier. More frequent and generally progress’ character bonding. That’s development. Buying Guns, or gaining access to Morph is all well and good, but some of the girls are just there randomly, and unless you’re intending they’re involved behind the scenes in points of the story you’re going to come to eventually… you could’ve given them jobs that allowed the Player to choose to access areas of the game designed to increase other attributes. The gym. Target Range, swimming for endurance, or a bike trail or something. An obstacle course. ANYTHING. A martial arts dojo, or a military version of the same thing. Hell, have Sayo offer in the peace version to teach him to be better at CQC IF he will help her take down effort. Since by that point, they’ve already fucked and that would be a way to show a deepening relationship that would also make him more capable to be more useful to the women. Jesus. You could even spin it that she’s doing this in the sim; because he already knows this in real life thanks to the bullshit training montages – but Sayo being willing to “teach” him is the key to unlocking the restrictions that the Sim will have placed as blocks in his mind to force him to “adapt” as per it’s programming. The same with the other girls, who could be offering more than just their pussies, if he’s a “good boy.”

While we’re at it, the danger system did not actually need to be a stat in game. It’s fine that it’s there and it’s explained in plot early; it does not actually need to be a factor, or have jobs tied to it. Why? Harem = you are NOT supposed to lose. There does not need to be a fail state. It should be implemented as a point to note, to mark out important story events, and handled by story metrics. Again – if the sim is designed to test adaptation so that they can be trained to be the most elite soliders in their countries’ military; they aren’t actually in genuine danger. So there’s a threshold it will NEVER reach in practice. [Which would alleviate player concern and frankly save the job board for the ones you ACTUALLY get paid for] Even if it’s not… “danger” is present just by the scenario; and does not need to be a focal point because the sim is NOT meant to be designed to CAUSE THEM TO FAIL. I’m happy you added jobs to help manage the bullshit – but that doesn’t stop it from BEING bullshit. Pretty renders will only get you so far, and making the obstacles too great to be able to write yourselves out of that corner, is going to cost you in player count eventually.

TL;DR –

– Decide if you want the game for the majority to take place in the sim. Or be brought to real life. Or half and half.

– There is a framework for an actual RPG. You’re wasting it.

– You’re ham-stringing the MC and team, by making them too reliant on a drug.

– The girls are unrealistically durable in sex, to the point it’s actively detrimental to MC character progress.

– Decide if Pregnancy gets to be a tag; and take it SERIOUSLY if so, for fuck sakes.
[In SIM: Can’t do it is fine – In Real Life Game State: Should be possible regardless]

– Antagonists that are an impassable brick wall will cause players to rage-quit.
[Lawson is meant to be a challenge; Neo BEAT Agent Smith. * The other two movies don’t fucking count]

– Decide if the game is going to be a one shot download, or a seasonal thing in progress.
[Meandering in a one shot will only bloat the download cost, and turn players off. As a seasonal option, it’s… workable. Not ideal, but workable]

Story is not bad albeit a bit wordy in places. Too bad the dev decided to go with ugly models with giant asses and in some cases, cartoonishly large tits. And the stupid video game elements do their usual job of distracting from the story.
