Quest Fix
I was stuck on that one too. Doesn’t seem to go anywhere. I think it was left unfinished after the last update.
For Belle:
1) Use UnRen to add the console to the game
2) Load your save and press Shift + O, then type belEvents = 1 and Enter
3) Go to the School as it says
For Dr. Johnson:
1) Go to the Mall and talk with Ronnie (man with snake) in the Afternoon
2) Go to the doctors office as the hint says
3) Jane and Jade quests will be updated too after the progressing with Dr. Johnson

I have the same problem and deleted the game because of it. There’s a memory leak that builds up and crashes. Doubt you will find a solutions here, the morons here just want to talk about fictional incels and grooming to make you gay. Breaking news…if someone can turn you gay, you already were.
