Medical Special Care [v0.6.3] [10KI]

The story of a family of doctors embarking on a new stage of their careers at a new hospital. The head of the family is a psychiatrist, his wife is a general practitioner, and their daughter is a nurse. This is a significant opportunity to realize their goals and desires in life. However, the ways of resolving various situations will be up to you. Besides the professional aspects, the sexual lives of the main characters will also change. You will take on the role of the head of the family, but you will also be able to partially control the actions of Eva and Karin.
(In the game there are different paths will be divided into three types: Path of Netorare, Path of Netorase, Path of Love. If you see such a choice, it means that these are different paths of the plot and scenes [I advise you to go through all the options].)

 Paths & v0.4-0.6 Description & Halloween

Netorare path – These scenes may include fetishes such as: sharing, cheating, cuckoldry, and the like. At certain points, the heroes may not know what their partner is doing or may not be very happy about what is happening.
Netorase path – This path is also part of NTR but has certain peculiarities. All perversions are done by mutual consent. The characters experiment together, but not against the occasional stranger.
Love path – These are sex scenes without the presence of NTR. Only lovers and their desires. But this does not mean that everything will be boring and ordinary.

An unknown medication that was added to the water continues to affect them. But how this will affect history will be up to you to decide. It’s an eventful day, culminating in a special photo shoot for the hospital. The mysterious M.S.C. program is also gradually starting to work…

A new day dawns at St. Eva’s Hospital, and with it, a whole chain of events kicks off. Some of these storylines will even stretch across multiple updates, evolving each time you play. Michel, Eva, and Karin are no longer using “Kiten”, so they’re starting to see things a little clearer. But some lines have been crossed, and there’s no going back.

Eva and Karin have already gotten used to the new hospital and its rules. Things don’t seem as strange anymore, though they still don’t fully understand everything that’s going on. Day 6 turned out to be eventful. For Eva, the adventure started even before work and ended with a medical check-up for the homeless. Karin will be trying to earn extra points to get into the hospital training program, which means she’ll have to complete some odd tasks for Dr. Horse.
M.S.C. – Halloween Scream
On Halloween night, a masked sex maniac terrorizes girls from the hospital. This is all complemented by the sexy Halloween costumes that were given to the staff. You will take on the role of Ghostface and have fun this night.
