This one is bad, cliche, already done 100 times in better versions etc. The protag is basically an homunculus “shota” with a cock the length of his own torso and this AVN starts off with his ‘live in caretaker figure – you fill in the actual relationship’ giving him an ABSURD HAND JOB before you even have any element of story.
