Hidden Feelings [v0.3] [Stince]

It’s not a bad VN. The story and music we’ve heard too much in other games. The scenes are good, the camera, and lighting are all good. Clothing fits well. It would have a much higher score if the content wasn’t so worn out by other VNs, by this point. The MC is mostly a beta male, and the women have to initiate 95% of the time, so it falls rather flat on the eroticism, which is really the most important part. It’s also not capitalizing on the erotic, forbidden nature of the relationships. For example, he already apparently has a sexual relationship with his oldest sister, but it’s brought up past tense, the player never gets to see how that relationship came about; all that potential erotic content is just skipped!? Really?

Oh, and the dev states English isn’t his native language and apologizes. The English dialog isn’t that bad, though. Mostly, the dev needs to add punctuation at the end of sentences. A native speaker proofing would still help, though.

There’s a fair amount of content so far for a v0.3 release. There are no sex scenes though yet. But there’s potential here, the dev just needs to get on it. Alpha the male and focus on what makes situations erotic. And please, get creative for your plot and scenes; do new stuff. The current low score was probably for an early version. I’d give it a low 80’s for this version.
