Story - While the game occasionally crosses the line into preachiness, the overall storytelling is engaging. The main character's frequent references to their military background may feel repetitive, but it adds depth to character. The inclusion of nods to pop culture and other visual novels adds an enjoyable layer of familiarity. There are some inconsistencies in the writing that affect the coherence of plot. - 81%
Visual - The renders in Fog of War are varied and generally well-done, showcasing a range of attractive characters, although some faces may not be universally appealing. However, the game suffers from a significant inconsistency in the quality of renders. Additionally, long animated sequences may not be everyone's cup of tea, potentially leading to boredom. - 70%
Engagement - Despite its flaws, Fog of War manages to keep players engaged throughout the game. The storytelling effectively captures attention, and even with some jumping around, the overall narrative remains intact. Inclusion of a variety of music and sound effects adds to immersive experience. The game's length, combined with the lack of fade-ins or fade-outs during scene changes, creates moments of confusion . - 85%
Core Loop - The main character's journey as a young soldier facing emotional challenges is an intriguing premise, and it serves as the foundation for the core loop of Fog of War. The inconsistent quality of character interactions and the lackluster portrayal of some potential love interests detract from the overall experience. The rare adult scenes in the game feel forced and fail to add value to the story. - 73%

  1. another story driven game with little to know sex these developers need to understand we don’t play their games with the main goal being to read a story not only that I’m not trying learn about medicine games like these are awful and scams because the devs constantly tease you with potential sex not saying that’s what I’m looking only in a game but when I play these type of games its not to waist my time I hate these scammer game developers

  2. About an hour in or so and I’m bored out of my mind. The character models all look bad and deformed, especially the facial expressions. They all have the same personality so the dialog is pretty dry too. The lighting is awful which ruins most renders. Only good thing I can say about my experience so far is the music selection is quite nice. That said, I’m done after an hour.

  3. The game is more about Storry-telling then sexscenes. But I really like the Story 😉

  4. I only have 1 question, what is this project doing here? There are no sex scenes in it!!! The plot is good, but the further you look, the more boring it gets. Total-some kind of Santa Barbara, no sex prices, no action movie
