A few points:

First; if you’re the son of the DEVIL should you NOT have more “influencial” powers. Or really ANY actual power?
I don’t care what kind of psuedo metaphysical crap you want to spout for why Nick both IS and ISN’T the actual devil.
The mana does NOT recharge without wasting a time block that in the NON “easy mode” (which for purposes of bloody endless grinding and MONEY MANAGEMENT >.< is NOT easy…) and on top of that there's exactly TWO freaking things I have seen that you can do. Period.

Frankly the easiest one to rank is Ashley followed by Jessica.
You may as well not even have included the Mom or Cassandra for how long it took me to figure out how to get into their pants. The non easy mode is a game span of 3 months. Good fucking luck building your "Harem" with that. There's also at least a few early to mid game points where you CAN fuck up without knowing you have. I swear Emma should just NOT need to manage the club (or fucking put IN BRACKETS for the player how the hell you get her down to Hell to join your team – Because other than that she's basically an obstacle to the actual "Harem" title. Which she does not need to be) I am betting that point is what fucks her over for joining. I feel like a dick if I don't give her the club; but the KEY point is I believe I got to the end of the game last time I downloaded with just making her the manager and she STILL wasn't down there. Damn it!

Also, while your Mom and your sister may be sexually kinked and that's fine – it's not attractive to imply or actuate that either is a town door knob. If I'm the Devil's SON do you honestly think he's not going to be dominant willed enough not to want to be Possessive??? Again; SHARING. IS. NOT. A. HAREM! That includes with other girls, whether they allow MC to "participate" or not. Fuck off with every single one of the girls leaning to actually being Bi. I guarantee you that's not what most of us are here for. You already have a hard enough sell with the art style. What little actual lewd art is in the game, doesn't really do much for those that prefer to claim what says they want to be MC's. And yes. They do. In the ending. If you get them, and if you have the patience to grind long enough to actually get the one you want.

Also; Jessica is HEAVILY bound to Nick… so that means the MC in payment for his work should NEVER have to worry about finances at all. No matter what he spends on whom, how often to get what the player wants. Harems are almost never successful if you lock the scenes to a financial cost. That only makes the player frustrated. On top of that is the "random" aspect to some of the events, which on a timed run can and WILL hurt the experience. So really, RNG does NOT need to be a factor. None of the girls should have events the player can actively miss (Refusing them is different and should still be an option)

I do like that you put in pregnant toons at the end; but I'd also like to see more concern it could happen above ground. Like to the point they'd actually give birth and make it a true "family business." All of the girls. ALL of them. Not just some. Hell; that could be the work around with Emma to get her to join MC when he does manage to get to the end of the game. Since she would then have a blood tie to him, and might value the type of life she truly did not BELIEVE that she would find, more than whatever lifestyle she was given to chase by trying to manage the club. As a former stripper – who's also supposedly fuck buddies with a girl on the side we never meet or see. The same with Cassandra, which again, counters your Harem thing. But I digress.

Really, if you fix any of this… it would be a better game. However I'm not gonna hold my breath. Would rather not see Hell personally, until it's my time. Thank you very much ; )
