You play as an average guy who gets a chance at higher education by going to college, but it’s not just any other college. Our MC will be spending the next few years at Stillwell Academy, where learning how to fight is the main curriculum for those interested in the world of sport.
Having a great love for mixed martial arts, it’s a no-brainer for him. At Stillwell, our MC will meet a wide range of characters from gentle giants to people with more… colorful personalities. These same individuals have the opportunity to become long-term friends, lovers and perhaps enemies. It is up to you what you do with the choices given before you. There will be plenty of humor and fun, but also darker elements, so be warned! Either way, you have control of our hero and will ultimately decide his fate, and the fate of those around you.

Download Refresh Rate Mod
You’re right that it’s tied to the refresh rate. But if the animation is designed to be run at 60 fps, why not just have the timer be 1/60 of a second?
I set $ combat_submission_timerspeed = 0.017 and now it runs correctly, irrespective of the refresh rate.
EDIT: attached a quick fix for people with refresh rates > 60 Hz. Extract to game folder.
