Editor's Rating
Story - The game's premise is undeniably intriguing, however, players often find themselves meandering through a complex web of quests that sometimes push the story into the background, leaving it feeling episodic and lacking coherent direction. The main character maintains a level of charm, but the context in which they operate can lead to jarring moments. - 61%
Visual - Ah, the eye candy! Though it may not revolutionize the genre, *Dying Dream* offers visuals that strike a balance between appealing and mediocre. The designs capture a certain gritty charm that fits the game’s thematic undertones well. Character models are sufficiently detailed, and the environments have enough character to immerse players in their distinct settings. - 70%
Engagement - Engagement is a slippery slope in *Dying Dream*. The initial thrill of exploration quickly sours into a grind fest that can turn even the most dedicated players into mere echoes of their former selves. Players have expressed frustration over the sudden introduction of tedious mechanics that require grinding for skills and attributes. - 49%
Core Loop - The core loop of *Dying Dream* finds itself spiraling into the realm of mundane grind. The balance of narrative choices mixed with mechanics feels off-kilter; players want to dive into the juicy narrative but often get stuck in the quagmire of resource management and repetitive tasks. While there are nuggets of fun to be found, these are often overshadowed by grinding mechanics that demand too much. - 55%

Well, this is an obvious overkill in the number of mechanics of the game why so much extra in a porn novel in the end just got bored and you delete it for what to suffer sex scenes, even some are terrible!
