The patch may break your game, use at your own risk.
Windows/Linux:
Unzip the content anywhere, move all content to your main folder (where the .exe is). Overwrite all necessary files. (Untested).
Mac:
You need to copy paste every content from the update only folders into their respective folders, overwriting where necessary, if the folder is not existing you can copy the whole folder (To see the content of an app, right click the app and pick Show Package Contents)

Installation: Extract the folder “game” from the mod into your Sickimtrack folder then overwrite if prompted
MAC:
Unzip the mod -> Right click Sickimtrack -> Click “Show Package Contents” -> Open the “Contents/Resources/autorun” folder -> Hold the Option key and drag the folder named “game” from the mod into the “autorun” folder -> Click merge

The writing in the latest update was done by a 12 year old. Immediately into a room to smoke weed. And the dialog after was completely stupid. Just deleted this trash after that. It is still visually a good game but that is all.
