I don’t think the dev knows what NTS is. I went through the path to Love, then it forked between only Love or NTS. I played through Love first, and honestly it’s very sweet, but it’s very boring. There isn’t even much in the way of sex. Just cute pictures of Lisa in pajamas or maybe in the bath.
Then I played the NTS path, and after she has blows the guy in the gym, and sharing pictures and stuff with you, suddenly she goes quiet with her cheating.
