Is it so difficult to make textbox opacity slider.
Textbox opacity slider is not implemented by default in Renpy, so making that requires some coding.
As Renpy is the most used engine for VN games, and Python is one of the easiest programming languages, i think there are more than enough forums that show you how to do this.
But most of these “Renpy devs ” are just ctrl+c ctrl+v Andies, who copy their text in and call it a day.
But it is also very often a design choice. Some just want their beautiful renders to be blocked by a text box.
There is a mod for it on F95 called RenPy_universal_transparent_textbox_mod_v2.6.3_by_Penfold_Mole

After waiting a whole year, we get just 30 minutes of gameplay with a single scene. It’s clear the dev is milking money from their patrons. I’m dropping my rating to 1 star.

There are actually two new scenes with the old man. Two and half if you consider the one happening at the opera in one path. You probably missed the Jessica Dominant path (use the official walkthrough for info). So you probably missed also the alternative Mayor scene in the office.
This guy is nothing but a money milker. He is making around 1850$ per month on his patreon and not delivering anything. It has been over 11 months, yet no update. Just another excuse for delay. Every single time he has excuses. His about section says every 2-3 months he would publish an update. The days his patreons understand this and stop subscription I bet you the update will be available.
I would be working hard if i know how to make graphics and games like thisi even have enough money to get a Great PC
You’re just dumb, making renpy is easy no need programming skills cos renpy have built in script you literally can just rewrite for your own game and as for graphics no need rendering skills either use daz, or common ones like koikatsu, honey select etc and copy paste assets but good luck finding your own supporters

The “MacOS” upload is actually the 0.50 PC version. Can whoever is doing the uploads please upload the *real* MacOS version if it exists?… TIA
