You play as Ryouji, a man who, due to a series of unfortunate events, has contracted a mysterious illness.
After being drugged by his own father and burdened with his debts,
Rouji discovers that his condition requires regular release through contact with female hormones to avoid worsening symptoms.
To manage his finances and treat his condition, he takes over the management of the Tenryuu Bathhouse.
By earning income through the bathhouse, he upgrades its interior, expands services, and raises its reputation to attract a wider range of customers.

However, when Ryouji’s libido spikes due to his illness, he must take action.
Using his role as the bathhouse owner, he attempts to lure in seven different female protagonists, each with distinct backgrounds, as customers.
Through repeated interactions, he gradually builds deeper emotional and physical connections with them.

In addition to managing the bathhouse for profit, players can venture into remote mountain areas to gather otherworldly herbs, craft special medicines, and sell them at high prices. There are also various other ways to earn money. Each in-game day is divided into four time periods, during which players can explore different areas, interact with various characters, obtain information, and engage in exchanges to improve income potential and increase favorability with the heroines.
If Ryouji’s illness is left untreated, he will collapse and be rushed to the emergency room the next day, resulting in a significant financial loss or even death. Players must constantly monitor his physical condition to avoid tragic consequences.
