Story - “Undercover” sets out to explore a provocative premise by diving into the world of undercover police work, but it stumbles along the way. The narrative holds promise with interesting concepts and choices. However, the execution leaves much to be desired. Viewpoints switch awkwardly between characters, making it difficult to maintain immersion. - 71%
Visual - Visually, “Undercover” employs Daz 3D graphics that offer a serviceable, albeit somewhat generic aesthetic. The characters’ appearances often garner mixed reactions, with some citing "weird faces and bodies" as a barrier to investment. While visuals including good animations and scene settings are competent, improvements in effects like shadowing and lighting could elevate the experience significantly. - 73%
Engagement - Engagement levels fluctuate wildly throughout the game. The character dynamics and the moral complexity offered through player choices can intrigue players but are at times undermined by awkward dialogue and character interactions. A notable highlight is the loyalty/love NTR meter, which creates a tension that keeps players thinking about the implications of their choices. - 64%
Core Loop - The core loop of “Undercover” revolves around making choices that influence relationships and narrative outcomes, which can be addictive. However, the potential for deeper, more varied routes feels stifled. Players are drawn to the exploration of different paths, but the lack of fleshed-out scenarios, particularly concerning romance and alternative endings, limits replayability. - 68%

  1. Loving it! Good corruption game, and with a dev that understands how to set up erotic content. The story aside, it isn’t top quality at the start, but everything improves until it’s quite good. Good dialog too–I enjoy the story. Lots of story choices. Some content is avoidable, although I’m not sure how well you can avoid all content, since I didn’t want to avoid any. I’m pretty sure some content isn’t going to be avoidable, for the storyline. So be aware of the tags. Eagerly looking forward to future updates!
