The Survival of Sarah Rose is an epic-fantasy erotic visual novel, following the life of the eldest daughter of the royal Rose family. When tragedy strikes, Sarah finds her once safe and stable life thrown into chaos.
Playing as Sarah, you must make the decisions that will keep her safe (or not) in a world where danger is everywhere. TSSR features both an impactful choice system that sees radically different storylines depending on player choices, as well as features a meta-story that rewards players exploring every available path.
Will Sarah fall deeper into despair or will she survive the many challenges ahead?

So, as I mentioned in a previous post, this month’s update will focus on the “Gallow’s Creek” storyline. This is a mostly self-contained side-branch, one of the “small storylines” as I like to call them.
As part of my goal to bring the game closer to v1.0, it’s not just wrapping up the main storylines, but it’s also about wrapping up a few/most of these smaller side-branches.
This particular storyline tells the story of what happens if Sarah abandons her quest on the Old Road, and decides to live in the small rural community of Gallow’s Creek.
Also important, the art for this update was made by a different artist, so while it is still an Anime-aesthetic, it will be different from the usual style. This was done intentionally to give the main artist more time to work on the next update, seeing as this storyline is less important.
As always, the eventual goal will be to re-work the entire game into one uniform style, so these pieces will be re-worked in the future, but serve as pretty decent baseline for now.
How to get to the content
In order to get to this content, you have to simply:

drew a roadmap of The Survival of Sarah Rose. Mostly for myself, but maybe there’s someone who finds it useful. Especially now when Sancho1969’s Multi Mod is out of date.
First of all: it shows you all the paths (routes) in the game and how to reach them.
It highlights the most important choices in the game and their consequences. (I didn’t include the ones only influencing some minor parts of the dialogues.)
It also lists most of the scenes (with short descriptions) and gives you hints how to see them.
Couple of symbols: TBC – “to be continued…” e.g the path is unfinished; The End – the path is finished, there’ll be no new content; (NB!) – the scene is missable/avoidable.
Names of the paths and sub-paths are taken from game’s code.
It’s pretty messy, I know, but so is the game.
Game version: 3.9.9.
(It probably needs some polishing and contains typos. I’ll deal with those when I have a time.)

Features:
- Improved aesthetics with animated mod menus/screens, all fully customizable to tailor your personal experience.
- Too many story branches got you down ’cause you can’t remember which of your saves is which? I gotcha covered. Includes the Original SanchoMod save description feature. Often imitated (including the use of my GUI buttons) the SanchoSave is more intelligent and efficient, saving you keystrokes as it autoloads the save slot descriptions and it also allows you to completely escape the process of saving if you wish (I’ve personally not seen this feature with other imitations). Feature can be toggled on/off anytime as desired.
- Adds multiple exhaustive stats screens always accessible via the MiniMenu or Options menu. Resizable, toggle-enabled, various formats, and more.
- Adds in-game walkthrough (ChoiceGuide) noting all variable changes and highlighting important choices. Can be toggled on/off at anytime, play as YOU want to play. You are not forced to view spoilers if you do not wish (New! v1 of the ChoiceGuide is done).
- Multiple opacity and text sizing options to customize your experience including dialogue boxes, text and fonts, QuickMenu sizing and format versions, and more. All can be toggled on/off as desired, again allowing you even more control to tailor your experience.
Adds a custom fully unlocked scene gallery (SanchoGallery) that runs completely independent(coming soon, maybe).- Adds professionally coded custom cheats (SanchoCheats) if applicable (varies from port to port).
Adds the ability to view multiple scenes (SanchoSplits) if menu choice has a scene/route split(coming soon, maybe).- Too many new features to list.
