Natsumi Love Story is both an open-world dating-sim visual novel, or a simple visual novel, depending on which type you choose to play when you start the game. It is no longer a kinetic visual novel as there will be multiple routes and multiple endings now.
You as the main character are just an average male student.
That is until a truck hit you and Isekai’d you- no, just kidding.
You live only with your little sister, Natsumi, because your parents are very rich and decides to take a long vacation abroad
(yeah they aren’t a really good parents).
The difference between you and Natsumi are only 1 year, so you’ve grown very close.
Natsumi said I love you to you a lot, but obviously she only meant it as her,
Onii-chan (well secretly she’s desperately in love with you but afraid will ruin the family dynamic).
On a certain day, she decides to risk it all and confess to you in the most straightforward way.
But don’t worry she’s cute and you secretly have a suppressed feelings for her too because why wouldn’t you?
She’s cute, and who wouldn’t want to be the target of someone who is desperately in love.
She’s trying to get better though, and your job is to help her get better while receiving a lot of love (and lust) from her.
There are multiple endings planned, one ends with you, Natsumi and a harem, one ends with you and only Natsumi, and the last one ends with dead bodies in what used to be a love nest.
The story also include a plot of fighting against NTR, in this case, blackmail attempt.
Meaning some dude will try to blackmail Natsumi, but obviously Natsumi and the Main Character will win.
I include this as my own personal justice against NTR because I really, really hate it.
So while there’s a blackmail attempt, the only time the dude will ever get to touch Natsumi is when her fist meet his nose.
There’s also another route that will prevent the NTR attempts, but you’ll still decide to remove the threat, covertly, so neither you nor Natsumi will ever be at risk at all.
So if even the mention of NTR is too triggering for you, I advise against playing this.
But if you want to see justice served against NTR, you might enjoy it.

Windows:
Unzip the content anywhere, move all content to your main folder (where the .exe is). Overwrite all necessary files. (Half tested).
Linux:
I don’t know about Linux. (Untested).
Mac:
You need to copy paste every content from the update only folders into their respective folders, overwriting where necessary, if the folder is not existing you can copy the whole folder (To see the content of an app, right click the app and pick Show Package Contents).
Ex. – Navigate to your (“DefendingLydiaCollier.app\Contents\Resources\autorun\game” on Mac) – both require v.0.15.9 – and copy and paste the “v21.new.rpa” file there.
