Head Game is an experimental adult animation sandbox focused on procedural motion, dynamic body fluid system, soft-body physics, and next-generation character rendering.
Inspired by classics like Konashion’s Super Deep Throat, this project pushes the concept into a more advanced, physical, and visually modern direction using Epic’s MetaHuman technology.
This is an early development build – expect missing features, unpolished content, and bugs. The current version is primarily a tech showcase for the new animation and physics systems.

This game is great, but the penis size needs to be reduced a bit; it’s too long, and men with smaller penises might feel stressed. Also, there should be options for breast and hip enlargement for female characters, as well as oral, vaginal, and anal sex (including doggy style) in various positions. It should feature sexy moaning and both internal and external orgasms during sex. I request these additions from the developer for future versions; the game would be amazing if these features were included. I wish the developer the best of luck! 🙏 🫶
