2. Take the mods zip file and extract it into the game’s main folder, containing COC II.exe. You should see a mods folder and coc2_mod_loader.py.
3. Run coc2_mod_loader.py.
4. A file called log.txt will be created which can show if there were any issues with installation.
After installation the game’s start screen should say /cocg/ Edition.

STEP 5 — NAVIGATE TO THE GAME FOLDER IN TERMUX
Your files are in internal storage, so run:
cd storage/shared
If you type “ls” command you will see the list of content in your phone storage.
Find and enter the CoC2 folder. You might have to first go to your download folder and then the game folder. Or you can move the CoC2 game folder to the root of your phone storage to make it easier to find.
Enter folder with:
cd CoC II-version-win/
STEP 6 — RUN THE MOD LOADER SCRIPT
Inside the CoC2 folder, run:
python coc2_mod_loader.py
Wait for the script to finish.
It will apply all mods from the mods folder to the game’s files inside resources/app.
STEP 7 — CONFIRM THE MOD WAS APPLIED
After the script was run it should say “All mods applied successfully!”
If there are any issues with the install you can check the log.txt file to see what part of the install failed.
If no errors occurred, the mod was successfully applied.
STEP 8 — RUN THE GAME IN JOIPLAY
Open JoiPlay.
Press the “+” button to add a new game.
Name the game “CoC2” (or anything you like).
For the executable file, browse to:
CoC II-version-win/resources/app/index.html
Save the entry.
Tap it to launch the game.
STEP 9 — CHECK THAT MODS ARE ACTIVE
Open the game and check that the game’s main menu says /cocg/ Edition.
If something is missing or broken, re-run the Python script.
STEP 10 — FIXING COMMON PROBLEMS
If Termux says “permission denied”, run:
termux-setup-storage
If Python is missing, reinstall with:
pkg install python
If JoiPlay crashes, clear JoiPlay’s cache or reinstall.
If a mod fails to apply first try to run the mod script again. If it still doesn’t work delete the CoC2 folder and do a clean reinstall of the game and modpack.
The modpack should always work on the newest game version. Python is required.
