Being kind and submissive to the horse, tend to its needs, submit to its will, and when you go to the Sandwalkers, offer yourself to the tribesmen. Note: If you have a High Honor Score, you don’t get the option to submit. In such a case, fight them and lose to the first warrior. Problem is that there is a bug where the game won’t go to the NSFW breeding scene and you can’t progress any further. If this gets fixed, this is the only way to get the Horse Bride ending when you arrive at the Tribe with a high Honor score.
Bad Ending #6 Chieftain’s Prize (Chapter 4 – the game says you get this at chapter 6, but it’s a typo.)
