You play for Frank, the protagonist, who was imprisoned for 18 years. And suddenly he was released for unknown reasons. During this time, much has changed. The city was influenced by one person. therefore the app needs the permission to access the public external storage (or a new one on Android 11+), because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.
you have to grant the permission or the app is shut down.

Extract archive
Copy content of the archive (the “mods” directory) into game directory
Since the mod has a lot of files and subfolders, it is suggested to copy the mods folder and not just the content of the RiamMar…-folder so easy deinstallation of old mod versions is ensured in case the ModCore updates.
The folder should now be called “RiamMar” only!

Installation:
Extract file from file to the \game folder and overwrite when prompted.
MAC:
Unzip the mod -> Right click being a dik -> Click “Show Package Contents” -> Open the “Contents/Resources/autorun” folder -> Hold the Option key and drag the folder named “game” from the mod into the “autorun” folder -> Click merge
