Not sure if you noticed but the developer of this game is NOT the developer of the A Wife and Mother game that came out 4 years ago.
This is apparently a “Fan” developer of that game who has done as others have done and created a game based on the AWAM game.
**But! I do agree this developer has created a, for lack of better teminology, piece of trash by making it so hard to progress and by locking out features unless you PAY for the code to unlock those features despite them being clearly part of the “intended Story” of the game.
