+ Fixed an error with displaying lover npcs before you opened the school and could make any
North Road:
+ Fleet Foot halves the time it takes to walk/fly around
NPCS:
+ Charming Words perk doubles relationships, preferences are untouched(if they like Elves and you are one the benefit does not change)
Sky Island:
+ Exists, you can get here by flying around enough to train your wings, but not much here

+ Maybe fixed all the errors with school locations being called undefined
