No, it’s still in there. Brooke’s child Norah is clearly not 18 and there’s no explanation in the game that could make her mistaken from 18. Even Alita is questionably older than 14, but Norah is presented in makeup, with developing breasts, and you can have scene when you’re babysitting her where you bathe her and indicate to the game that you are interested in a relationship with her.
It seems like the game wants to set up a pedophilic relationship with the girl. You can skip it, as well the option to flirt with Alita, but it is definitely there.
