I think this game is as confusing as Peeping Tom usually is. I generally don’t mind kinetic novel approaches because I don’t expect my every need to be met, but I find this story all over the place and unwilling to settle or, as Tom implies, sort out the threads so the decisions that it looks like you’re making actually mean something.
I also think anyone who thinks an unfinished AVN is going to be coherent is setting themselves up for disappointment. I certainly think anyone who thinks that any of these unfinished AVNs need a consistent release schedule are. There are a few that break the molds, but they’re exceptions. Nobody needs to be told, “You know that thing that always happens? It’s happening again.”
Like I don’t need to point out Nohomo shoehorning in his homophobia and lack of debate skills, but apparently it’s something that I enjoy doing, so I can’t fault Peeping Tom (or should it be Peeping George now?) for doing the same. Y’know, when he’s coherent.
