Biggest Additions
* A new optional Josh and Casey side story becomes available after the missing-night memory is recovered. Players can follow a lead with Josh, meet Casey at the hospital, and reach one of two lasting outcomes. The story includes five new illustrated scenes.
* Sera’s arrangement now opens a dedicated Client Book. Six customers are selected each day from sixteen profiles, with clear preferences, requirements, rates, schedules, and tiers. Higher ViXXXens ranks improve payouts and increase the number of daily bookings, while every day includes a New Face customer that any player archetype can book.
* Heel Walking is now a full progression system. Practice in My Room, gain experience while travelling in heels, unlock four skill ranks, and earn Beauty and Charisma bonuses when the MC can handle the equipped heel height. Wearing heels above the MC’s skill can cause stumbles, falls, soreness, or a twisted ankle that may need treatment.
* Eva’s romance route now includes an optional post-first-sex chastity arrangement. Depending on the relationship dynamic and current equipment, the MC can offer Eva a key, accept a lock from her, negotiate release, hand the key back, or ask to be locked again. The route follows the exact device and key, including items kept in Storage.
* Feminization milestones now give the player choices instead of deciding the MC’s feelings automatically. New reflection scenes let the MC question, reject, delay, or accept the direction of the route, and voluntary clothing and cosmetic choices can be remembered for later reflections.
* Hormone treatment is clearer and more visible. CyberClinic appointments have been expanded, Body & History tracks each course and its milestones, Manage Hormone Treatment explains upcoming changes, and six dedicated story moments cover physical breast and body-shape changes when they occur.
* Character customisation has expanded. The Plastic Surgeon can change Eye Colour, the cosmetic system supports complete full-face makeup looks, and character creation has clearer sections, more starting makeup, collapsible colour controls, and a default-visible paperdoll preview on mobile.
* Giovanni Giorgio is now open in Sterling Row. The new luxury shop sells formalwear and eveningwear that previously sat alongside CostMart’s budget clothing.
* Navigation is now customisable. Location, hub, room, world-map, and work screens can remember their own section order, collapsed state, and location-overview size. A layout painter can copy a setup to matching screens, and selected layouts travel with saves.
* Loading and responsiveness have had a major pass. Desktop prepares the complete local media set before play, compact touch phones prepare the current scene’s essential media, and the interface adapts more cleanly across phones, tablets, short landscape displays, and large desktops.
* Steam Deck and Linux support is stronger. Conversation videos can fall back automatically between WebM and MP4, browser saves can recover after temporary storage errors, and short touchscreen handhelds receive more suitable first-run layouts.

Other Changes
* Masculinity and Feminization now share a 100-point limit on the male route, and automatic opposing-meter changes are shown in results. Corruption gained before transition is also remembered and becomes visible if the MC later transitions.
* Manage Business now has a six-page first-use tutorial covering purchases, balances, staff, shifts, upgrades, customisation, locations, and the Business Assistant. Help can replay it later.
* Choices and controls that lead to Skill Checks show the relevant stat or skill icons on the left while keeping the dice cue on the right.
* Shops and Beauty Atelier now offer Wide and Narrow desktop layouts. Their colour controls also use the same responsive mixer, while phones keep the compact Narrow layout.
* Home and My Room controls are cleaner. My Room appears in the Home Go list, End The Day is now Daily Routines, and management actions are grouped consistently.
* Every current inventory item has an appropriate icon, and equipped items keep the same recognisable icon.
* Full inventories no longer hide purchases or item rewards. New items are sent to Storage when needed, with a warning before shop purchases.
* NPC interaction windows work better on short screens, and unavailable named-NPC services use a separate Why button for clearer explanations.
* Victor’s compatible front-facing riding scenes now use regular and faster animated portraits across the supported body, chest, anatomy, and face combinations.
* The CyberClinic body-frame selector now uses two clear choices: Masculine and Feminine. Frame changes preserve genitals, route identity, and hormone progress.
* Manage Business banners can be shown at full size, reduced, or hidden, and the selected size travels with saves.
* The sleep transition no longer shows the stray dark square that could move with the closing-eye animation.
