I’m assuming no children are employees at school, so that’s good. If it’s about kids, well, knowing the risks and harms for kids who want to transition is a good thing to help them in non-harmful ways, up to including telling them not to.
But since we don’t have the contents of the instruction and instead only have the fact that they exist as a talking point, we can’t make any credible conclusions about whether or not anyone is trying to make anyone else gay.
