Girl after that: another Asian. She might have been normal, but she just walked away, so not sure, yet. As the MC you’re delivering food to them, but the 2nd girl–a goth girl–drops to her knees instead, to give you a blowjob out of the blue, instead. Um, okay, I guess?

You get the idea. If you can handle the liberal nature of the sewer, the renders are good, and they are decent renders. A few girls are hot (the not-sister, goth-girl, and 2nd library girl). The dialog is done competently, and even has a dash of humor.
