The Ren’Py/Python version of the game changed I included the new version in both patches.
Somewhen after SDK 8.4.0 there was a change in the system files. If you get an error “(..) renpy/common/00layeredimage.rpy conflict, and can’t exist in the same game.” You need to delete the 00layeredimage.rpy inside the /renpy/common/ folder.
Windows:
Unzip the content anywhere, move all content to your main folder (where the .exe is). Overwrite all necessary files. (Untested)
Linux:
I don’t know about Linux. (Untested).
Note: The same as Windows, Linux users maybe need to mark .sh files as executable. May also need to mark the relevant file in lib/linux-x86_64 as executable as well.
Mac:
You need to copy paste every content from the update only folders into their respective folders, overwriting where necessary, if the folder is not existing you can copy the whole folder (To see the content of an app, right click the app and pick Show Package Contents),

It seems that this is the “Censored” version of the game despite it saying NO to the Censored feature listing. Read the last word under the Genre: tag and you will find the confusion of the developer here.
Considering the list of so called genre subjects covered it is hard to believe this game belongs on DIKG.
