Unzip the content anywhere, move all content to your main folder (where the .exe is). Overwrite all necessary files. (Untested).
Mac:
You need to copy paste every content from the update only folders into their respective folders, overwriting where necessary, if the folder is not existing you can copy the whole folder (To see the content of an app, right click the app and pick Show Package Contents

Story is nice, predictable but good.
Not a fan of the models, but with time I got used to them.
Sandbox is very repetitive, especially the first 3 chapters requiring a lot of stats with the girls to progress by repeating the exact same scenes often.
Some little bugs like missing characters page for the last introduced characters but it does not really impact gameplay.
Player can chose between repeating some hot scenes during free roam or progressing with the story.
Clue about how to progress in story only available during time change as a notification when the right daytime is triggered. Gameplay would benefit from a button providing that info.
