Several reasons I can think of:

Including Devs wanting to be cute with trolling the player. (We do know what you tend to think of us, given how often the MC’s are spineless overly kind, geeky little reedy bitch boys who want nothing but sex. Does it matter if it’s an Asian man cartoonishly rendered, or a less than subtle fantasy reference?)

There’s the fact that in Japan/China where Hentai is generally either made or outsourced to Korean studios sometimes, there are censorship rules in place that says X thing can’t be shown. So the actual sex HAS to be done by a “monster” as a work around. (Hence the tentacles; and the generalized title that means Pervert)

There’s the fact that in real Porn, the Stallion (the male) gets paid FAR less than a female. First, they are taken for more plentifully found (not so much with the rise of Amatuer and OnlyFans : / ) but it used to be true. At least she’s more likely to survive a goblin who wants to lay her.
