It’s not much of a harem if the Doctor girl is involved not just with ONE other character but Two; and one of them is male. In a harem the ONLY one able to fuck any of the girls at all SHOULD ALWAYS BE THE MAIN CHARACTER. It’s the core of the genre for fuck sakes.
