The patch works on all Sisterly Lust releases starting from v0.33. The patch restores all incest content that is currently censored in the standard edition of the game.
Patch Instructions
Find the game on your computer, then copy the incest_patch.rpyc file into the following ‘game’ directory (PC: SisterlyLust/game or MAC: SisterlyLust.app/contents/resources/autorun/game). This will restore the game’s original incest content.

Features:
- This mod adds a full in-game walkthrough for every important choice in the game Sisterly Lust! If a choice gives points or is required to see a scene it will be highlighted green so you don’t have to worry about missing scenes. Choices that aren’t important and don’t have lasting effects aren’t highlighted so you still have freedom and can pick your preferred choice. I’ve also made scene improvements to multiple events in the game.
- A scene gallery containing every scene in the entire game (over 150 scenes!) can now be accessed from the main menu. All the scenes are already unlocked/viewable, meaning you don’t have to replay the game to be able to see the scenes in the gallery.
- I’ve also made an optional schoolgirl patch to restore the changed dialogue and the schoolgirl outfit images that were removed from the game. If you want to use the patch then install the main mod first and the schoolgirl patch second.
Installation:
Unzip the mod and put the folder named “game” from the mod in your “SL-1.1.4 (PC)” folder.
Mac:
Unzip the mod -> Right click your SL app -> Click “Show Package Contents” -> Open the “Contents/Resources/autorun” folder -> Hold the Option key and drag the folder named “game” from the mod into the “autorun” folder -> Click merge

If anyone has a fixed link (I do not), there is a “Report Broken Link” right above the Editor’s Rating. I don’t know if the admin staff of DikGames looks at it as I’ve never used it, but I would also appreciate it.
This was my first and once most favorite harem/incest games. I played some of it again recently and it’s definitely showing its age and there have been VNs/etc. with better writing and better animation since then, but I think it still holds up well.
This is one of the best harem games available. The only weakness it has is the lack of animations. Everything else is top-notch. The renders are excellent. The story is enjoyable. The ending is wonderful though it is predictable, just predictable because of how the story is going with the morality police cracking down. It’s also a very long game though there isn’t any real padding you get in some games. Just lots of the MC having fun with a ton of women. Zero Sandbox nonsense and a few main choices with a few other minor choices that matter.

One of my favorite games/VNs so far. No sandbox need to make $$ and wait forever for things because the MC is a kid with plenty of money, so there’s a little bit more suspension of disbelief needed than usual, but this is more than compensated for by the frequent and regular sex encounters…which is why we are all here in the first place. Game also features the most extensive watersports scenes I have ever come across. I’m pretty new to games like this but 99% of the time usually a “urination” tag means at some point a character mentions needing to pee. So this game definitely should have a tag for that so as not to ruffle the feathers of the delicate petals out there. But it was a nice surpise to me (body fluids porn is viewed by 23% of porn users, and in terms of body fetishes ranks 2nd behind only a fetish for feet).
I’ve played both paths with Bella now in two games (love and submissive), and I have to say both have their strong points. She’s slow to love, but very fun to dominate (messing with her while knowing she *loves* it is great).
She’s definitely one of my top five women for Sisterly Lust, alongside Riley, Rachel, Alina and Adriana.
Having played around 40 AVNs now including Sisterly Lust, I had to come out here and do it justice by giving it the Best In Series award. Categories include Story, Harem, Incest, and overall a complete lack of the disgusting repression found in society today. This game has none of that, and is tops in the categories I mentioned. No jealousy, just fun and even romance wherever you find it. It’s like society took a 100 year leap forward for this one and ditched it’s hangups around sex.
I’ve been putting off a second playthrough in Sisterly Lust simply because it is SO damn good, I didn’t want to binge it and ruin all the fun I know I’ll have the second time around. I won’t ruin the story or surprise by detailing any of it here, except to say it is very worthy of being played.
The characters in SL are easy to get to know, unique, and fun to interact with. Sex scenes could be animated better/longer or in higher detail, but for what it offers it does it exceedingly well. Any guys or girls looking to bust a nut reading an AVN have nothing to worry about here, and those not looking for that will find a really fun and rewarding read.
Do yourself a favor – play what I consider the best AVN around today: Sisterly Lust.

I was doubtful at first about this but I downloaded it and the story line here is great. It’s like reading those old stories from penthouse magazine back in my younger days like 30 to 40yrs ago when I couldn’t keep my wood down if you hit it with a hammer .
