For my vote – Lorena NEEDS to be added to the pregnancy counter tab. There does not need to be a route enabler thing if you’re just going to say “No I can’t have both” or have the GIRLS tell MC he can’t do X. If I want a harem and you ALLOWED cheats to compensate for what I’ll assume is unbalanced coding in the first place, then acknowlege the fact ALL routes are enabled in the story dialogue. Make the girls conflicted, but fuck you for the dreams with the girl with the gun. You’re going to do that make her dream about him strangling her for being too damned clingy; and borking things with the MAIN GIRL. This game SHOULD just straight up be a HAREM. If you want to go dating sim with it, then there should never be a point to gain with any other women but the one you choose at the START of the game. Differentiate the paths, give the girls different goals, the MC different outcomes finacially for ends meat, and there you have it.

{There’s also the point that MAIN GIRL, in your canon is basically MC’s DAUGHTER. Or at least it seemed like you were heavily hinting it would go that way; so there’s no reason at all to include a parameter definer. I chose cousin and it got weird to read. Even outside of the fact it switched to Spanish when I had it marked ENGLISH for the whole damned game, when Martina first gets me in the tavern bathroom – for a not insignificant chunk of dialogue, which meant fuck and all to me = I DO NOT READ OR SPEAK SPANISH! Else I would have chosen Spanish. Jesus}

If Fernando or whatever the hell geek boy’s name is, is NOT Lorena’s son, then why the fuck is he in the game except to be a cock teasing cock block point where you see-saw the audience. Putting those two together does NOT fix that they’re in the game when they don’t need to be, and are only there to make the Player concerned about potential NTR. As far as pregnancy points: Here is a tip = do NOT talk about birth control if you are going to implement that system. Fuck whether she is “Too Young.” Fuck the idea one of them won’t be a good mom. You barely get one point for Esmeralda or whatever the hell her name is, and one point (that doesn’t even fucking count because MC came into Martina’s MOUTH in that scene for Christ’s sake) for Martina. So… here’s another question; how many points does it take to get to the center of a… You know, some of us just want to pop in the toots. Most of the options where MC comes, you don’t give the Player a choice to even come inside of her or not. Some where bj, somewere boobjobs.
