But from what I can tell, each ending is based off of the 3 stats.
Love – More of this leads towards love ending
Lust – Leads to a more lustful ending
Creep – Leads to another ending
Ending 1 – Leads to the you end as just Intern/Boss (not really maximizing the other stats or making one of them more dominate stat over other… so you need to balance at least two stats a bit).
