Mythos is an adult visual novel game set in a fictitious version of our world. You follow the story of the main character – which you may choose to be male or female – as they learn of the mysterious death of their ex-girlfriend. Soon, the main character finds themself fumbling through the hidden society of supernatural beings that lurk in plain sight. Some of them are very much like the legends suggest, while others couldn’t be further from what one would expect.
Will our hero piece together the puzzle behind the murder of Lisa Harrison, or will they be consumed by new attention they’ve brought upon themselves?
Mythos will feature multiple choices to solve the mystery, and relationship paths that can be monogamous, harem-based, or even celibate (if that’s the kind of kinky thing you’re in to).

There’s a bug in chapter 5.0.0 where if you make a particular choice (kissing Lisa) your character name will be reset to default (Kylie or Kyle depending on your gender).
If you use the default name, anyway, this won’t affect you. If keeping your custom name is important, use this hotfixed version.

Hated all the characters except one and she turned out be the villain.
Everyone loves a good villain!
I’m enjoying the game but I’m leaning into the silliness of it. I can see not liking the characters.
Boring boring stupid plot! Santa Barbara! The sex scenes are terrible, just standard, there is no passion or lust in them!

Tried it and must say was not easy to force myself up to the end.
Animations are really bad (only a few at start then nothing any more), girls look pretty average.
The story sounds interesting but for some reason was unable to immerse. Not sure it was me or the story but just unable to get into it.
Maybe it is that “investigation” focus or just trowing too much mysteries all over the place. Dialogues have some fun puns but the “novel” part is completely forgotten.
No relation build, girls just trow themself to MC with no reason. The “beacon” stuff does not really explain anything (***SPOILER**** girls knowing him for years kept distant because he was in a relationship, but suddenly are ok with polygamy despite him always being in a monogamy relationship and jump on him at 2nd date, thousand years old virgins just go for it after just a few meaningless interactions …).
Will not be looking for updates on this one.
Yeah shows you did not read it at all. The Mc is special and draws magical beings to him, so yes they will automatically be attracted to him without much work. The story is not as bad as you make it cause you either did not read it properly or just skipped to the sex stuff and missed everything. Now I’m not saying it is good but it is not as bad as you are making it out to be. The story is dry at times and boring but the mystery and plot are interesting, the ghost ex is funny and weird at the same time, the characters are not all that good looking but seen worse. So all in in all ok for a playthrough but not more then that and the updates take awhile which is not the best thing.
On android it is unplayable, as soon as it starts and you get errors everywhere
Looks like they updated that. This is a bugfix release and from the notes:
Fixed an issue where the Android version was just broken as fuck
Hope it becomes playable. The open roaming can be annoying but not as bad as a lot of games.
So many errors in this game. I cant even play this.
That may be true on a first replay, but it doesn’t hold at all for second through… that crap gets nasty old FAST.
