There are 5 “paths”. Most of the events have hints in the recollection rooms, accessable with the panels in their rooms.
Then there are four “bad guys” with their own paths and endings. You need 100 points with them by doing events related to them. The point counters can be seen while you control Asuka and go menu>Asuka Records. The game may “default” to Makoto, or lead to a bad end, if you don’t have enough points on day 10 for any of the four nor defeated the boss.

Satake (bald guy, town hall, bottom left)
Marui (moderator, multipurpose hall, large top left building)
Usually they’re in those positions, but not always. The hints in the recollection rooms tell you how to get the events.

One of the best NTR games. There’s a dark corruption moment which is a lot darker than I expected but other than that its okay. No heavy stuff except for her boobies ofc.
